At SxSW in 2009, The Golden Filter were the one’s one watch (or so said people like Pitchfork and other music snob-authorities). We just loved shaking our asses to “Solid Gold” the only song that played on repeat from their website. Now they’ve got a full-length album, Voulspa, out and a show this Saturday (June 12th) at Wrongbar. They were also nice enough to take the 20 Qs for us leading up to it.
