Blog Hunter: DaLish Cosmetics Part III
Welcome back to part 3 of the DaLish 4 part series for Pink Mafia. Now that we’ve covered how to take care of the inside and out side of our bodies we can now move on to how to get that perfect summer look for day. I’ve made this very simple by doing a quick video using the don, Anna Von Frances as my model.
Check out her perfect day look:
Here is what we did step by step:
Step 1 – Applied sunscreen. – This is an absolute must and the most important thing to do before leaving to go anywhere. You’ll be grateful when you’re older.
Step 2 – I blended the DaLish foundations together. 1 drop of each as it will adjust to your skin tone. I used my fingers as it gives an even coverage and no lines.
Step 3 – Apply the Bronzed Goddess lip/cheek balm to Anna’s cheekbones, ridge of her nose, a tab on her forehead and chin. This creates a bronzed look with out it being too much and gives great definition to her features. The great thing about this product is that you can adjust how light to how dark you want to go.
Step 4 – With the applicator apply the “flesh” eye shadow all over the lid to the brow. You just want to create an even base. Then take an angle brush and paint a thick or thin line depending on your preference of the Mocha eye shadow starting from the inner corner of the eye working your way outwards. It will glide on very easily and smooth. The texture is gel like but dries to a powder finish and doesn’t crease.
Step 5 – Apply black mascara to the top of the lashes.
Step 6– The final touch! I’ve used the Peachy Keen lip-gloss on Anna’s lips to finish off her summer time day look. You can see from the photos/video that it just completes the look and doesn’t look like she’s going to a rave.
Enjoy and I hope you like this look as much as I do.
See you next week!
Stay Fabulous,
Melanie
